MESSAGE TO THE PARENTS
Parents\Guardians should send their children to school neatly dressed in full school Uniform, well equipped on time. Parents\Guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview teachers during school hours without the prior permission from the office.
They are requested not to call their children or teachers on telephone. Parents are particularly expected to sign the remarks of Principal or teachers. Failure of this may cause a great inconvenience to their ward. Parents have to attend every Parents-Teachers’ meeting as and when it is arranged.Parents are earnestly requested to enforce regularity and discipline at home and see that their children prepare their lessons and do the assigned homework. Their dairy should be checked daily. Parents should see that the child brings homework copies and books according to the Time Table.
Criticism of students’ teacher or school in his \her presence should be deliberately avoided; because it causes the student to lose his\her respect for the teacher. If you have any legitimate complaint, you may meet the Principal on concerned matter.
Withdrawals of your child from classes for mere social functions is not recommended, because it retards the child’s progress in school and minimize his/her respect for regular hard work with consequent failure to progress in studies. A single day’s leave affect 7 subjects,7 chapters understanding in an inspiring atmosphere.As the medium of instruction in this school is English, the children should be helped to follow their classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of regular English conversation at home. It helps children not to use abusive language that comes along with unattended, uncared situation & surroundings.
Parents are especially requested to notify the school of any change in their address/Telephone No. etc.
It is compulsory for all the students to report back home as soon as they leave the school without loitering anywhere, if any complaint crops up, that student will not be allowed in the class. Late coming/early leave to be discouraged. In case of emergency only with the written letter of Parents duly signed, the child will be sent home.
As it is human nature not to admit one’s own mistake, parents should give a thought to whatever the child speaks at home about their classmates, teachers or on studies before believing it completely.
